Our full-service event planning package encompasses every detail, from curating vendor teams to in-depth design consulting. We work side-by-side with our clients throughout the entirety of the planning process to cohesively unite all aspects of the day.

KATIE
Katie Malfettone is the owner and principle producer for Tone Events. Katie is driven by her love for design, fulfilling work, and connecting with people. She approaches each event with fresh creativity and enthusiasm! Her ability to navigate through logistical challenges, manage an immense team of vendors, and adhere to meticulous timelines, all while remaining calm and poised, are her most prized attributes.
Katie takes great pride in truly knowing her clients’ personalities, which allows her to customize each event to their specific tastes. Helping her clients transform their vision into a reality and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for them and their guests is always her main goal!
Katie began her career in Austin, Texas, as a lead planner for a distinguished event production firm and has recently relocated to the East Coast. When she is taking a break from designing and production schedules, you can find her trying out new restaurants in the city with pup-friendly patios and traveling with her husband; yet, most often, you might spot her surrounded by her favorite people, spicy margarita in hand.
ALEXIA
Alexia Kreidemaker is the Senior Event Producer specifically working with our Rhode Island clients. She has worked for several years with various venues and event planners in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Lexie has a passion for ensuring each event is unforgettable, from large-scale weddings to intimate gatherings. She combines her organized personality with creative thinking to find the unique aspect of each event.
What really sets Lexie apart is her commitment to building meaningful relationships with her clients. She takes the time to get to know each client personally, to understand their vision and their unique style. This allows her to tailor every event to the clients’ individual needs, creating a truly elegant experience that reflects their personality and tastes.
Lexie’s journey into event planning started by working at a venue and seeing the love shared during ceremonies. She has a soft spot for the first dance! Lexie cherishes spending time with her loved ones, whether it's taking her miniature poddle ‘Fozzy’ to the dog park or by the water with her family. With her infectious energy and dedication to clients, Lexie is the event producer you want by your side!

IVANA
Ivana is a Senior Event Producer working with our Rhode Island and New York clients. She has planned and executed luxury weddings and events throughout the New England and New York areas; in addition, Ivana has planned beautiful destination weddings in places including Mexico and the Bahamas. Her commitment to hospitality is only punctuated by her positive disposition and grounded approach. Ivana’s primary goal is to make the entire process enjoyable for her clients, colleagues.
Ivana grew up in Newport, Rhode Island, before heading to college in Lexington, Kentucky, where she majored in International Relations and Spanish. She then had the opportunity to live abroad in Tulum, London, and Spain. She previously worked as a Spanish/English translator in the educational system before finding her true passion— planning and designing meaningful, heartfelt celebrations.
She understands that a beautiful design is only as good as its execution; Ivana has a talent for elevating the guest experience, which includes providing warm, thoughtful details that are tailor-made for each client. When she is not planning weddings, Ivana enjoys hiking, going to the beach, reading a good book, having a great meal, and always finding new places to explore.
